1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MOMO Protein Balls. By accessing or using our website, placing orders, or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to MOMO Protein Balls, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• “You”, “customer” refers to any person using our website or services.
• “Affiliate” refers to a gym owner or partner registered in our commission program.
• “Products” refers to the protein balls and food items we sell.
• “Promo code” refers to a discount code linked to an affiliate for commission tracking.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing is displayed in AED and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash on delivery (where available), and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

3.3 Minimum & maximum order values

We may set minimum and maximum order values. These are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by delivery partners, weather, or events beyond our control. Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Perishable items cannot be left unattended. We are not responsible for spoilage due to failed delivery attempts.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or spoiled on arrival. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6. Affiliate Program

6.1 Eligibility

Our affiliate program is open to gym owners, fitness centers, and approved partners. Affiliates must complete KYC verification before being onboarded into the commission system. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

6.2 Promo codes & commissions

Each affiliate receives unique promo codes. When a customer uses your promo code at checkout, you earn a commission on the order. Commission rates are set per affiliate and may be updated by us. Commissions are only earned on completed, non-refunded orders.

6.3 Payouts

Commissions accumulate until they reach the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed monthly or on request, subject to KYC verification and valid bank details. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for fraudulent activity or policy violations.

6.4 Affiliate obligations

• Promo codes must not be used for self-purchases or fraudulent orders
• Affiliates must not bid on our brand name in paid advertising
• Affiliates must not spam or use unsolicited marketing to distribute promo codes
• All marketing must comply with UAE advertising regulations
• Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy of their KYC and bank details

6.5 Termination

We may terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, pending commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Loyalty Points

Registered customers earn loyalty points on purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if the account is inactive for 12 months. We reserve the right to modify the points program or revoke points obtained through fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, photography, and design — is the property of MOMO Protein Balls and protected under UAE copyright law. Affiliates may use our brand assets only with prior written approval and solely for the purpose of promoting their promo codes.

9. Limitation of Liability

MOMO Protein Balls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for allergic reactions; customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
